WhistleblowersUK Advisory Panel
Our advisory panel comprises a wide group of individuals bringing expert, specialist or personal experience and innovation to help us meet our organisational objectives shaping the future relating to whistleblowing and fair and ethical practice.
The objective of the panel is to provide a regular forum to discuss; existing whistleblowing legislation and the development of new laws and best practice, the wider objectives of WhistleblowersUK and evaluate our progress.
The panel will meet up to 4 times per year and the next meeting will be chaired by Dr Raj Mattu.
Dr Raj Mattu - The Chair of the Advisory Panel and an NHS Whistleblower who raised concerns about patient safety
Anthony Stansfeld - Former Police and Crime Commissioner of the Thames Valley with the portfolio for fraud and Chairman Surrey of Conservatives
Maggie Oliver - The Founder and Chair of The Maggie Oliver Foundation and Manchester Police Whistleblower
Professor Barry Rider OBE - A fellow of Jesus College Cambridge and Founder of Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime
Dr Wim Vandekerckhove - The co-Director of the Centre for Research in Employment and Work (CREW) at the University of Greenwich
Zelda Perkins - Co-Founder of the Can’t Buy My Silence campaign fighting the unethical use of NDAs globally
George Patellis - A former CEO and whistleblower with 26 experience in management within the international banking sector
Howard Wilkinson - Winner of the Allard Prize for International Integrity in 2020 for his exposure of the role of Danske Bank in money laundering operations.
